Monthly Statements are posted to the Documents Tab in the New Owner Portal. Changes of Address can also be made using the on-line Portal. If you need to update your tax reporting information, you will need to submit an updated W-9 to your property manager.

33rd Company, Inc. posts monthly statements on approximately the 10th of each month, or during next business day if this falls on a weekend or Federal Holiday.  Owner distributions are typically posted on the 15th of each month, or next business day.  Some banks and credit unions take an additional day to process and credit incoming ACH transactions to member accounts.

How to Enable cookies 

Internet Explorer 7

  1. In the Menu bar, select:
    Tools > Internet Options > Privacy tab
    The Privacy Settings box appears.
  2. Drag the slider down to Accept All Cookies.
  3. Click OK to close Internet options.
  4. Close all Web browsers.
  5. Open a new browser.

Internet Explorer 6

  1. In the Menu bar, select:
    Tools > Internet Options > Privacy tab > Advanced.
    The Advanced Privacy Settings box appears.
  2. In the Cookies section, choose Override automatic cookie handling.
  3. Under First-party Cookies, select Accept.
  4. Under Third-party Cookies, select Block.
  5. Select Always allow session cookies.
  6. Click OK to close the Advanced Privacy Settings box.
  7. Click OK to close Internet options.
  8. Close all Web browsers.
  9. Open a new browser.

** If you are having a problem opening *.PDF files in your account, or get a message stating that "File cannot be found" in adobe acrobat, try updating your Internet Explorer to version 7.0, or alternately try upgrading to the current version of adobe acrobat.

  1. Click on Tools on the menu bar and select Options.

  2. In the Options window, select / Expand Cookies.
  3. Select Allow Sites to Set Cookies

 

Macintosh Browsers

Safari 1.0

  1. In the Menu, select Preferences > Security icon > Accept Cookies.
  2. Choose either of:
    Always (most convenient) or
    Only from sites you navigate to (more secure).
  3. Save the settings.
  4. Close all Web browsers.
  5. Open a new browser.

Additional Troubleshooting

If you have previously been successful in logging on, but now cannot access your Owner folder, you may need to delete the existing cookies saved on your PC.   This may be a result if you log in from multiple computers, or have changed your password using a different computer.  To delete existing cookies, please perform the following:

  1. In the Menu bar, select:
    Tools > Internet Options > General tab

  2. Under Browsing History, Select Delete

  3. Select Delete Cookies
