33rd Company® would be happy to show you one of our rental properties. Please fill out the below showing request form, and one of our showing agents will contact you to set up an appointment. Please be sure to read our screening guidelines before submitting your request.

Use this form to submit an online showing request. We will try our best to contact you within the same business day to respond to the request and set up a showing that is convenient for you.

Note: This is not a rental application, but a preliminary qualification tool for the benefit of tenants to help determine whether they may have issues qualifying for a home. While we do not want to discourage you from applying for a property, if you feel you may qualify within our rental screening guidelines, we do not want to waste your time or your money, if you do not qualify.

Income Information

33rd Company requires that EACH unrelated adult meets our income requirements of 3 times the monthly rent in gross monthly income.
Example: $1,000(Monthly rent) x 3 = $3,000 (required gross income per month)

Credit

A Comprehensive Credit Report will be pulled on ALL adults.
Have ANY of the adults ever filed for bankruptcy ?

Do ANY of the adults have any unpaid items in collection/account charge offs ?
Have ANY of the adults ever had a judgment?

Background

A Criminal Background Check will be run on ALL adults.
Have ANY of the adults had criminal charges greater than a traffic-related misdemeanor ?

33rd Company will not accept anyone who has a Criminal Record.
Please provide the date the bankruptcy was actually discharged.
The following will be needed to verify income: - At least 1 month's worth of pay stubs; - 2 Years personal tax returns (for self employment); - Offer letter; or other documented sources of income.
"Gross" means before taxes. Income can be combined to meet income requirements for: -Married or Verified Domestic Partners or Couples with Joint Finances.
All of our properties require a 1 year lease unless otherwise approved by Management.
Related adults are parent child, and spouses. Brother & Sister, extended family, etc are NOT considered related in regards to our Rental Acceptance Guidlines.
All adults over the age of 18 must complete an application and meet all of the 33rd Company Rental Guidelines.
