Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager

Do you have a Real Estate License, and are looking for an exciting career in Residential Property Management? This Full Time Employee position will provide you an immediate opportunity to join our team managing single family residential homes in the Twin Cities area. You will have the tools, software and outstanding management to help you succeed while working with leasing agents, maintenance vendors, Sales agents, and more with room to grow in our organization. Tasks include negotiating & managing leasing and tenancies, day to day maintenance operations, approving invoices, managing owner and PM ledger. Tenant and Owner Communications. You will have weekend emergency Call at least once every other weekend.

  • CURRENT MN REAL ESTATE SALES PERSON LICENSE – REQUIRED
  • Must possess an Associates Degree or higher – REQUIRED
  • Minimum 2 years Residential Property Management Experience - REQUIRED
  • Excellent Office Computer skills including MS Office Suite
  • Excellent management and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communications skills. Detail oriented.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Positive customer service . Good attitude.
  • Must possess a valid drivers license and personal automobile insurance

Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

33rd Company, Inc. is seeking an administrative assistant for our property management company located in Woodbury, Minnesota. This is a full time position, paying a full time salary commensurate with qualifications. The successful candidate would also have an opportunity to grow in the organization.

Typical tasks include answering phones, providing initial tenant screening, entering data into a database using Microsoft Office Suite, learning Property management applications, working with spreadsheets, and scanning and filing documents. You will also be sorting mail, creating mailings, performing data entry, editing newsletters, creating brochures, creating customer workorders, and providing assistance to property managers and real estate sales agents. The Administrative Assistant is required to learn and assist in all general procedures of the company.

Qualifications for this administrative assistant position include:

  • 1-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • MN Real Estate Salespersons License, experience preferred
  • Proficient with computers including MICROSOFT WORD, OUTLOOK, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT, ability to learn other applications
  • Excellent telephone/verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize and organize. Candidates should also demonstrate interpersonal and customer service skills in a professional environment. Tact, diplomacy and sensitivity to confidential information is required.
  • You must be organized and have the ability to prioritize.
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree

Interns / Part Time & Temp-to-Perm Staff

33rd Company, Inc. is seeking college students and temp-to-perm staff as a training ground for full time associates. Responsibilities include general office work and providing support for staff members.
