Since 33rd Company^® does not compete in the listing and selling efforts of our Realty Partners and referring Agents, we are the perfect property management partner for you and your brokerage firm. A referral is as simple as 1 - 2 - 3 !

• Step 1 : Register your prospect using our on-line Agent Referral Form. Don’t call, or e-mail us with your referral. To make sure you get paid, you must first register your Owner or Tenant prospect using the on-line form.

• Step 2 : For Tenant referrals, Pre-Sceen your tenant client using our Screening Guidelines, make sure they have received a copy of the property brochure, then set up a showing request on the following page:
  • Agent Showing Request » After the client has been shown the home, they can simply fill out the on-line application, and we will do all the rest!
• Step 3 : Get Paid! On the successful lease of an New Property or Tenant Referral, we will pay you a referral fee. Once the Tenant Lease or Property Management Contract ends, your referred client would be free to seek your services again in the future.
